The seal began to break in decline as it becomes more and more bands began to enlist under the label, Frank began to neglect their jobs, and sales no longer courted, Besides this, the label lost a distribution contract in BAY AREA known, this being the cause of the seal simply could no longer pay their bands, the label finally come to its demise in 2001.
